In one form the assembly comprises a base rotatably supporting a spool having an axis of rotation about which the spool is rotatable, a drawbar that is separable from the base, a length of line extending between the spool and the drawbar, a line tensioning means and a pulley located between the spool and the drawbar. The line is directed about the pulley so as to extend substantially parallel to the axis of rotation of the spool, and on which pulley the line is free to run when the tensioning means is not in use.
