The present invention relates to the field of service media, and provided are a method for usage data statistics of an advertisement playback technology and an advertisement playback system, the method comprising: recording a matching relationship between a single play purchase price of a user and an advertisement play period; reading the single play purchase price of the user; playing back an advertisement within a time period matching the single play purchase price according to the single play purchase price of the user and the matching relationship, and sending technology use data to a manufacturer-preset data collection terminal. By means of timely playing back an advertisement, fees for purchase behavior of playing back an advertisement may be charged more flexibly according to playback effects, while allowing for a manufacturer to collect a use condition of the related technology effectively and in a timely manner.
