A display method of an interactive stability display system for a rock slope, comprising the following steps: initializing a program and reading a group of default parameters; predicting the rock stability in the periphery of a borehole based on an existing parameter; using a three-dimensional display to display the predicted rock stability in the periphery of the borehole to a user in real time; determining whether the parameter is used for providing a proper result for the rock stability in the periphery of the borehole, and if the parameter is improper, the user changing an input parameter, and/or re-calculating, and if the user determines that the present parameter is proper, continuing the remaining well drilling process; and otherwise, changing the input parameter by moving a clicking apparatus, and/or re-calculating the parameter value in a data input box. By means of the method, the prediction of the rock slope stability can be obtained, the optimal selected pressure drop can be obtained according to a stability prediction, wherein the optimal selected pressure drop is used for production. Problems occurring in the surveying and well drilling process or production process can be displayed in real time, so that safe production can be ensured.
