A smart multi-functional medical bed pager, comprising a wristband (1) for securing the pager on a patient's wrist, wherein the wristband (1) is provided with a watch shell (2), and the watch shell (2) is formed therein with a communication chamber (8), a battery chamber (5), and a circuit board chamber (7); the circuit board chamber (7) is provided therein with a smart circuit, the smart circuit comprising a CPU unit and further comprising a paging button (6), a touchscreen (21), and a communication device which are respectively in signal connection with the CPU unit; the paging button (6) is arranged on an outer side of the watch shell (2), and the touchscreen (21) is arranged on a top surface of the watch shell (2); the battery chamber (5) is provided with a battery, the battery being used to supply power to the smart circuit; the communication device comprises a communication chip and a communication antenna in signal connection with the communication chip, he communication antenna being arranged within the communication chamber (8). A patient may wear the pager directly on his/her arm to page a nurse when needed, which is easy and fast, leading to a high degree of convenience.
