The present invention belongs to the field of household appliances. Provided are a method for stopping the automatic regulation of a microwave heating mode according to a user behaviour, and a cooker. The method comprises: recording a microwave heating mode matching a two-dimensional code; when a user uses a semi-finished side dish to cook a dish, scanning the two-dimensional code; matching the microwave heating mode according to the two-dimensional code on the semi-finished side dish; and when the number of times the user changes the matching microwave heating mode within a specific time exceeds a pre-set threshold value, stopping the matching of the microwave heating mode according to the two-dimensional code on the semi-finished side dish. By means of the present invention, a user can control a microwave heating mode more simply when cooking a dish, thereby preventing poor control over the microwave heating mode from resulting in undercooked food or burnt food, from causing waste and also from affecting the health of the user. Moreover, the application of the technique can be automatically adjusted according to a specific usage condition of the user.
