An industrial treatment and regeneration system for contaminated bottom mud in rivers and lakes, comprising a bottom mud dredging apparatus (10), a pipeline transport apparatus (20), a waste sorting apparatus (30), a mud-sand separation apparatus (40), a mud-water separation apparatus (50), and a dewatering and curing apparatus (60). The system uses the waste sorting apparatus (30), the mud-sand separation apparatus (40), the mud-water separation apparatus (50), and the dewatering and curing apparatus (60) to respectively perform treatments, such as environmentally-friendly dredging, distant mud transportation, waste sorting, mud-sand separation, mud-water separation, residual water purification, and dewatering and curing, on contaminated bottom mud excavated by the bottom mud dredging apparatus (10).
