The present invention relates to the field of mobile phones. Provided are a method for pushing ownership information about mobile phone information saving technology, and a mobile phone. The method comprises: recording a keyword for activating the saving of mobile phone call information, and recording a storage location of the mobile phone call information; monitoring the speech of a user in a mobile phone call, and determining whether the user says the keyword; if not, remaining the same; and if so, activating a mobile phone call recording function until the call is ended, enabling a mobile phone speech-to-text conversion function, converting a call recording into text information and saving same in the storage location, and at the same time, pushing patent information to the user. According to the invention, a mobile phone speech recognition function is used to monitor the speech of a user in a mobile phone call, and when it is recognised that the user needs to record call information, a call recording function is automatically started to record the speech of the user in the call, and convert the speech in the call into text information and save same in a storage location pre-set by a mobile phone, thereby facilitating the user in viewing and acquiring key information in the future, and protecting the rights of the patentee (applicant) at the same time.
