The present invention relates to the field of electric bicycles, and provides a use state feedback method for power detection and computation technology, and battery management system. The method comprises: recording power consumption per kilometer of an electric bicycle; when a user plans a route using a navigation device, detecting a distance of the route and remaining power of the electric bicycle; and computing, according to the distance of the route and the remaining power of the electric bicycle, power remained when the destination of the route is reached, and sending technology usage data to a data acquisition end preset by a manufacturer. By presetting power consumption per kilometer of an electric bicycle, automatically computing, according to a route planned by a user, power required by the route, and reminding the user of power consumption information, the present invention avoids situations where the electric bicycle does not have enough power and helps a user better plan a route; in addition, the manufacturer can also conveniently and effectively acquire use state of the related technology in time.
