FLY ASH BASED GEOPOLYMER GROUTING MATERIAL AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

Disclosed are a fly ash based geopolymer grouting material and a preparation method therefor. The raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of an alkali activator, 30-50 parts of fly ash, 0-10 parts of metakaolin, 0-10 parts of cement, 60-90 parts of an aggregate, 0.05-0.1 parts of a retarder, 0.03-0.05 parts of a defoamer, 0.01-0.03 parts of a water-retention thickener, and 10-30 parts of water. The preparation method comprises: sodium hydroxide is used to adjust the modulus of the modified water glass to be 1.0-1.4 and the concentration to be 30% - 40%; and the adjusted modified water glass and the other raw materials are mixed together, then stirred for 3-5 minutes, allowed to stand for 1-2 minutes, and then stirred for 2-3 minutes to obtain the grouting material.
