An all body-position medical treatment and nursing platform, comprising a box spring (1), a chassis (4), a hinged turnover mechanism and a driving device (7); the box spring (1) includes a first box spring (11), a second box spring (12) and a third box spring (13), and the first box spring (11), the second box spring (12) and the third box spring (13) are hinged in a sequential and side-by-side manner; the hinged turnover mechanism is connected with the chassis (4), the first box spring (11), the second box spring (12), the third box spring (13) and the driving device (7), respectively; and the driving device (7) is connected with the chassis (4) and the box spring (1), respectively, so as to drive the hinged turnover mechanism and the box spring (1) to perform turnover and support. The box spring (1) is able to carry out actions of turning over and folding, to solve the problem of bed-ridden complications, such as hypostatic pneumonia and pressure sores; and meanwhile, the employment of the hinged turnover mechanism greatly reduces the number of moving parts used in the prior art, and reduces the complexity of the production process.
