During connection, a steel bar (3-1) is inserted into the center hole (1-1) and the hole formed by the lateral half holes (1-2) of the wall bricks, and then concrete is poured into the holes. The wall further comprises a bottom foundation (2-a, 2-b), the steel bar is fixed on the bottom foundation (2-a, 2-b) and projects upward by a certain height. The connecting method comprises: providing at least two civil engineering prefabricated members, in which at least one civil engineering prefabricated member has reserved steel bars for connection; the method further comprises: providing holes for connection, said holes for connection are sleeved on the steel bars of a corresponding civil engineering prefabricated member, then connecting by pouring concrete.
