The present invention can automatically adjust application of the technology according to the specific use state of a user. The method comprises: a vehicle-mounted device sends a route request message to a server, the route request message comprising an original address, a target address, and a maximum serial number of received push information corresponding to the target address; the server receives the route request message sent by the vehicle-mounted device, obtains target push information according to the target address and the maximum serial number of the corresponding received push information, the target push information being push information having serial numbers greater than the maximum serial number among the push information corresponding to the target address, and sends the target push information to the vehicle-mounted device in ascending order of the serial numbers of the target push information, and stopping pushing information to the vehicle-mounted device when the number of times a user deletes the push information within a specific time period exceeds a preset threshold.
