The present invention relates to the field of mobile phone communications, and provides a data acquisition method during a call voice prompt and a prompt system. The method comprises: recording text information copied by a user, and a shortcut key of a voice prompt for the user to copy the text information; detecting an input of the user when the user makes a call by using a mobile phone; and prompting via voice the text information copied by the user when the input of the user is the shortcut key of the voice prompt for the user to copy the text information, and sending technology usage data to a data acquisition end preset by a manufacturer. By recording text information copied by a user and a shortcut key of a voice prompt for the text information, when the user makes a call by using a mobile phone, detecting the shortcut key, input by the user, of the voice prompt for the user to copy the text information, and prompting via voice the text information copied by the user, the present invention enables the user to conveniently acquire content which is not easy to be remembered during a call, and also enables the manufacturer to conveniently acquire use state of the related technology in timely and effective fashion.
