The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method for adaptively adjusting visual information push according to market situations and a vehicle-mounted device. The present invention can terminate the application of the technology when most users disable the technology. The method comprises: a vehicle-mounted device capturing an image in a current visual range by means of a wide-angle camera; extracting current visual information of a user according to the image; sending the current visual information of the user to a server, such that the server queries a preset information pushing database according to the current visual information of the user, so as to obtain push information related to the current visual information of the user; receiving the push information related to the current visual information of the user sent by the server; reading use states of the technology of other users by means of cloud data; and stopping receiving the push information sent by the server when the number of times the user deletes the push information within a specific time period exceeds a preset threshold.
