An all-digital SiC inverter-type multifunctional argon arc welding power supply based on a DSC, comprising a main circuit and a DSC control circuit. The main circuit comprises a common mode noise suppression module, a power frequency rectification and filtering module, a SiC inverse current transformation module, a power transformer, a SiC rectification and smoothing module and a contactless arc striking module connected in sequence. The SiC rectification and smoothing module and the contactless arc striking module are respectively connected to an external electric arc load. The DSC control circuit comprises a DSC minimum system, a human-computer interaction module, a fault diagnosis protection module, a SiC high-frequency drive module and a load electrical signal detection module. The SiC high-frequency drive module is also connected to the SiC inverse current transformation module. The load electrical signal detection module is also connected to the electric arc load. The argon arc welding power supply has a simple structure, high control precision, high response speed and small volume, is highly efficient and energy saving, has excellent process adaptability, and can improve the quality of welding process.
