The anti-disengagement end cover (151) comprises a rotary knob (200) and an anti-disengagement structure (100). The connecting member (110) comprises a connecting portion (111) and a columnar portion (112), one end portion of the columnar portion (112) being fixedly connected to the connecting portion (111) or formed with the connecting portion (111) integrally, the other end portion of the columnar portion (112) being a sealed portion (115). The anti-disengagement member (150) is arranged on the sealed portion (115), the anti-disengagement member (150) snaps with the sealed portion (115), and a limiting step is formed between the anti-disengagement member (150) and the columnar portion (112). After being sleeved on the columnar portion (112), the rotary knob (200) rotates by means of meshing with a screw thread provided between the rotary knob and the columnar portion (112), and may move along an axial direction of the columnar portion (112) during the process of rotating, then abuts against the limiting step or an extrusion section after the rotary knob (200) rotates to a certain angle, and thereby effectively preventing the rotary knob from disengaging from the columnar portion (112).
