The present invention relates to a medicated nutritional composition for aquatic animals, in the form of pellets, indicated for the treatment of bacterial necrotising hepatopancreatitis (NHP-B) caused by Candidatus Hepatobacter penaei , and of infections caused by pathogenic vibrios. The composition is characterised in that the formulation comprises oxytetracycline and a mixture of at least two organic acids selected from fumaric, benzoic, formic, acetic, propionic, orthophosphoric, lactic, citric, butanedioic and malic acids, or from a combination thereof.
