Disclosed are a polyester-type reticulated polyurethane soft foamed plastic and a preparation method therefor. A polyurethane soft foamed plastic is produced by using at least one polyester polyol as a raw material, mixing, foaming and polymerizing same with an isocyanate component under the action of a catalyst, a foaming agent and a foam stabilizing agent, and same is subjected to a reticulated treatment so as to prepare a reticulated foam with an open porosity of 99% or more. In the present invention, the special properties, such as being oil-resistant, water-resistant, abrasion-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, and strong in stretchability, and more importantly, the characteristics, such as a uniform foam hole and a good glossiness, of a polyester sponge are used; and by performing a reticulated treatment on the polyester sponge, a reticulated foam having uniform open holes and a smooth foam hole network is obtained. A high-temperature-resistant porous reticulated ceramic fired from the reticulated foam can be used as a filtering material in the metallurgy industry. Compared with other products, the durability and the economic efficiency thereof further have an incomparable advantage.
