Provided is a mass spectrometry data processing device 2 equipped with a database 21 in which mass spectral data of various compounds are stored along with mass spectrometry conditions and names of the compounds, said mass spectrometry data processing device being provided with: a mass spectral data reception unit 22 that accepts an input of the mass spectral data which is associated with the mass spectrometry conditions and the names of the compounds; a determination unit 25 that determines whether or not a mass peak satisfying prescribed criteria is present in the mass spectral data; and a database registration unit 31 that registers in the database the mass spectral data which has been determined to have therein the mass peak that satisfies the prescribed criteria, or mass spectral data based on the mass spectral data which has been determined to have therein the mass peak that satisfies the prescribed criteria, together with the compound name and the mass spectrometry condition.
