In the present invention, a nursing/care recording processing unit for a central processing device transmits, as a first class, first category information to a terminal device if priority category information indicates the first category information, such priority category information indicating the category information which was prioritized from between the first category information and second category information when nursing/care recording input is carried out. When a selected first input item which was transmitted from the terminal device and which was selected from a plurality of first input items shown using the first category information is received by a communication unit, the nursing/care recording processing unit for a central processing device transmits, as a second class, the second category information to the terminal device. If the priority category information indicates the second category information, the nursing/care recording processing unit transmits, as the first class, the second category information to the terminal device, and when a selected second input item which was transmitted from the terminal device and which was selected from a plurality of second input items shown using the second category information is received by the communication unit, the nursing/care recording processing unit transmits, as the second class, the first category information to the terminal device.
