Disclosed is a method for preparing a transparent PET/graphene conductive film by chemical grafting and coating processing, relating to the technical field of flexible and transparent conductive thin films. The method comprises: selecting an optical-grade coated PET substrate which is subjected to double-sided layer-hardening as a PET substrate, processing the PET substrate by using an acetone-ethanol mixed solvent, washing with distilled water, and drying; adding 0.1-15 g of a coupling agent to a graphene-ethanol solution of a concentration of 0.01-15 mg/ml, heating same to 40-180ºC, and stirring for 30-250 minutes to obtain a graphene mixed solution; and uniformly and densely applying the graphene mixed solution on the surface-clean PET substrate by a precision coating method, and baking same for 15-150 minutes at 40-180ºC to prepare the transparent PET/graphene conductive thin film. The transparent conductive thin film has a high adhesive force and good conductivity, improved flexural resistance; as well as high operability and high production efficiency, and it is easy to achieve the roll-to-roll industrial production.
