The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a surgical guide for an implant using a resin identifier for intraoral attachment in order to improve the precision of an implantation procedure by accurately obtaining an image of the inside of the oral cavity of a subject undergoing the procedure, the method comprising: a first step for forming a resin registration part by curing, by means of a light having a predetermined wavelength emitted from a light-curing unit, a radiopaque resin adhesive which is attached inside the oral cavity of a subject undergoing the procedure so as to form a hemispherical shape, wherein the resin adhesive has a reinforcing adhesive layer provided thereto; a second step for enabling respective registration points to be recognized on resin registration part images which are each marked on a CT imaging image and an oral scan image, respectively, which are obtained such that same correspond to the inside of the oral cavity; a third step for obtaining a three-dimensional integrated image by means of performing image registration of the CT imaging image and the oral scan image on the basis of the registration points; and a fourth step for manufacturing a surgical guide by configuring shape information of a fixing groove part such that the shape information corresponds to an external profile of the inside of the oral cavity marked on the three-dimensional integrated image, wherein positional information of a guide hole is configured according to a predetermined implant placement position.
