The present invention relates to a personal information intermediary system for reporting an emergency patient and a method therefor, wherein a fingerprint of an emergency patient, a dementia patient, an intoxicated person, a child, or the like is scanned and limited personal and medical history information is provided from an application of a personal terminal where the information is previously registered, by using a question and answer method, so that rapid first aid, automatic reporting, and post-treatment can be achieved. Accordingly, the present invention prevents personal information leakage, which is caused by storing personal information in a server, and at the same time allows limited sharing of personal information needed in an emergency situation according to the relevant person's choice.
