The present invention describes a module (1) for detecting non-condensable gases that is installed alongside a sterilization device (E), in which each module (1) is provided with a temperature sensor (2) that is positioned inside a process challenge device (3), which is installed inside a sterilisation chamber (E1) such that the temperature sensor (2) is connected to control means (CLP). As a result, during a final injection stage of saturated steam inside the chamber (E1), any quantity of non-condensable gases present inside the process challenge device (3), along with the quantity of saturated steam that has entered said device (3), cause a temperature difference, identified by the sensor (2), in relation to the temperature of the injected saturated steam in the rest of the sterilisation chamber (E1).
