Disclosed is a pulse jet flow and mechanical shock joint rock-breaking mechanism, comprising a guide rail (1), a propulsion cylinder (2), a hydraulic impact power head (3), a drill rod (4), a drill bit (5), a dynamic seal combination sleeve (6), a static seal transition sleeve (7), an elastic retaining ring (8), a static seal ring (9), a dynamic seal ring (10), and a drill rod support base (11); the cylinder body of the propulsion cylinder (2) is hinged to the guide rail (1), and a piston rod of the propulsion cylinder (2) is hinged to a shell of the hydraulic impact power head (3), the hydraulic impact power head (3) being slidably arranged on the guide rail (1), an input shaft (3-1) of the hydraulic impact power head (3) being connected to one end of the drill rod (4) by means of a screw thread, the other end of the drill rod (4) being connected to the drill head (5) by means of a screw thread, the connecting sites of the output shaft (3-1) of the hydraulic impact power head (3) with the drill rod (4) and the drill rod (4) with the drill head (5) both being provided with a static seal transition sleeve (7); an outer sleeve of the dynamic seal combination sleeve (6) being screwed onto the shell of the hydraulic impact power head (3), and an inner sleeve of the dynamic seal combination sleeve (6) being screwed onto the outer sleeve of the dynamic seal combination sleeve (6). The present mechanism has a compact structure, a simple, reliable, and easily replaceable sealing structure, and a strong rock-breaking capability.
