The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a gallstone solubilizer for treatment of gallbladder disease and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a gallstone solubilizer for treatment of gallbladder disease, wherein the composition solubilizes gallstone, which is a cause of gallbladder disease, and thus has an excellent effect in the alleviation or treatment of at least one symptom selected from the group consisting of asymptomatic chloelithiasis, billary colic, cholecytitis, choledocholithiasis, and billary pancreatitis.
