A clip-on blood vessel suturing device, comprising a needle-mounted clip piece (1) and a slotted clip piece (5) which are used in pairs. The needle-mounted clip piece (1) is placed within a longitudinal incision (11) of a blood vessel (10); the slotted clip piece (5) is clipped on the outer wall of the blood vessel (10) relative to the needle-mounted clip piece (1); the needle-mounted clip piece (1) is provided with multiple needles (2) along the two sides of the longitudinal incision (11) of the blood vessel (10), and the needles (2) are arranged longitudinally at intervals; the slotted clip piece (5) is provided with two rows of longitudinal through holes (6) corresponding to the needles (2). Multiple pairs of needle-mounted clip pieces (1) and slotted clip pieces (5) which are used in pairs are arranged at the inner and outer walls of a longitudinal incision (11) of a blood vessel (10), and the multiple needle-mounted clip pieces (1) inside the blood vessel and the multiple slotted clip piece (5) outside the blood vessel (10) are all sutured in an imbrication fashion. The clip-on blood vessel suturing device has beneficial effects such as lowering the operational difficulty of operations and shortening the time of operation, and is simple in structure and easy to use.
