An object of the present invention is to provide a visual training device with a relatively high efficiency in the training of a ciliary muscle. To this end, the visual training device according to the present invention comprises: a housing having at least one eyepiece portion corresponding to a user's eyeball; a display for displaying a target image in front of the user's gaze direction; a lens disposed between the eyepiece portion and the display; a moving unit capable of moving at least one of the display and the lens in the gaze direction; and a control unit for setting at least one training section within a moving range of the display and the lens and controlling the moving unit such that at least one of the display and the lens is moved within the training section.
