A transmissive blood oxygen and heart rate detection ring (10), comprising a movement body (11) and a ring band (12). A flexible circuit board (13), a transmitter chip (14), and a receiver chip (15) are provided in the ring strap (12). The movement body (11) comprises a mainboard assembly (111). When a user wears the transmissive blood oxygen and heart rate detection ring (10), the transmitter chip (14) in the ring band (12) transmits, under the control of the mainboard assembly (111), a blood oxygen and heart rate detection signal to a finger; the blood oxygen and heart rate detection signal is transmissive to the finger, and is received by the receiver chip (15) and then is transmitted to the mainboard assembly (111), and the mainboard assembly (111) analyzes the blood oxygen and heart rate detection signal to obtain blood oxygen and heart rate data of the user. In this way, compared with the existing reflective detection watch or wristband, the transmissive blood oxygen and heart rate detection ring (10) has a smaller size, and a higher detection accuracy for its use of a transmissive signal, i.e., transmitting and receiving the blood oxygen and heart rate detection signal respectively by means of the transmitter chip (14) and the receiver chip (15) to obtain the blood oxygen and heart rate data of the user.
