The method describes data information about production, monitoring and management by means of three periods of time, i.e. history, real-time and plans. A user only needs to use spatial-temporal meta-language to learn about a spatial-temporal running status of a management object by means of retrieval, wherein same not only saves on computer content, but also facilitates management.
