The present invention provides a mobility control method in a broadband trunking system. The method comprises: an idle terminal in a group call session receives group call information of a source cell where the terminal camps on, the group call information comprising group call information in a neighboring cell; initiate a cell reselection to obtain a destination cell; obtain group call information of the destination cell from the group call information in the neighboring cell; and access a group call session performed in the destination cell according to the group call information in the destination cell. In addition, also provided are a terminal and a base station system. By means of the mobility control method in a broadband trunking system, the terminal and the base station system, the time delay caused by movement of a terminal in a group call session can be reduced, and signaling overheads can be reduced.
