The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a Bluetooth communication method considering communication speed and power consumption and a terminal. The terminal comprises an MCU as well as a first Bluetooth module and a second Bluetooth module connected with the MCU. The method comprises: the first Bluetooth module and the second Bluetooth module of the terminal are powered on, and the second Bluetooth module opens Bluetooth broadcast and sends a broadcast packet including a Bluetooth name to an upper computer, the first Bluetooth module and the second Bluetooth module having the same Bluetooth name, and the Bluetooth name comprising MAC address information of the first Bluetooth module; when the second Bluetooth module receives a Bluetooth connection event sent by the upper computer, the second Bluetooth module is actively disconnected from the upper computer and enters a low power consumption state; when the first Bluetooth module establishes a connection with the upper computer, the terminal communicates with the upper computer. With fewer costs in the present invention, the standby power consumption of a trade terminal is reduced, the charging frequency is lowered, and the user experience is improved.
