The present invention relates to an interaction data processing method and device of a live-streaming video. The method comprises: recording a live-streaming video as a video on demand; recording a time point when recording starts; obtaining live-streaming interaction data in the live-streaming process, the live-streaming interaction data comprising a live-streaming interaction content and publish time thereof; converting, according to the time point when recording starts and the publish time of the live-streaming interaction content, the live-streaming interaction data into first comment data associated with the video on demand, wherein the first comment data comprises a comment content and time information corresponding to the comment content. The live-streaming interaction data is converted into comment data of the video on demand, interaction data in the live streaming process can be utilized more effectively, and the video on demand converted from the live-streaming video includes lots of comment/on-screen comment information while being published.
