Provided are a method and apparatus for transmitting uplink HARQ feedback information, and a method and apparatus for acquiring uplink HARQ feedback information. The method for transmitting uplink HARQ feedback information comprises: acquiring a service priority ranking list of downlink sub-frames; according to the service priority ranking list, binding HARQ feedback information about the downlink sub-frames in descending order of service priority so as to generate HARQ feedback information to be sent; and sequentially assigning uplink sub-frames for the HARQ feedback information to be sent, and sending, to a base station, the HARQ feedback information to be sent. By means of the method for transmitting uplink HARQ feedback information provided in the present disclosure, a user equipment may preferentially transmit HARQ feedback information about sub-frames with a low delay requirement to a base station, and may preferentially retransmit downlink sub-frames bearing delay-sensitive service data when the base station learns that a delay-sensitive service data transmission error occurs, so that the delivery time of delay-sensitive service data is shortened.
