A starlike/triangular seamless joint intelligent control system for air compressor energy-saving operation. The system comprises three parts of a panel component (1), a control component (2) and an executive component (3). Under the unified control of a microprocessor main program, by the adoption of an embedded digital regulation technology, with a two-way thyristor as a core device, the opening of the thyristor by utilizing a drive control signal is regulated on-line, a real-time outputting voltage is obtained at a most appropriate time, and starlike/triangular seamless joint is implemented, so as to reduce a current shock and ensure safe work of the system; meanwhile, according to collected compressed internal air pressure and temperature signals, a PID comparison calculation is conducted, and the operation mode of a compressor is adjusted in real time, so as to improve energy-saving efficiency; in addition, electrical efficiency can be changed along with load changes, that is, when the load is low, the electric power saving rate is high, and when the load is high, the needed power is effectively provided, so as to meet production requirements.
