The present patent application relates to an association of the active ingredients with osmoprotectant action inositol and arginine, wherein the molar ratio inositol: arginine is comprised between 10: 1 and 1 : 10. Another object of the present application is a composition comprising said association in combination with suitable excipients and/or diluents as well as the use of the osmoprotectant composition described in the present patent application in the beauty treatment of the scalp.
