The present invention relates to a negative pressure generator and an automatic negative pressure wound treatment apparatus using the same to have a pressure change function. The present invention comprises: a static load elastic means for providing a certain magnitude of an elastic force; a rotating means connected to and being rotated by the static load elastic means; and a negative pressure cylinder, connected to the rotating means, for generating a negative pressure therein in connection with rotation of the rotating means. The present invention can continuously generate a constant negative pressure through a mechanical structure, thereby greatly reducing manufacturing cost, compared with an electric structure, and can miniaturize the mechanical structure.
