A comfortable yarn-dyed fabric, wherein a breadth is 178.4 cm, a warp yarn count is 40, a weft yarn count is 110; a warp density is 63.5 threads/cm, and a weft density is 29.7 threads/cm; the warp yarn is modal fiber, the weft yarn is tencel fiber. The present invention adopts a mat weave structure, wherein a foundation wear number is 3, and a selvage weave number is 3. The yarn-dyed fabric has a sound structure and excellent performance, and is easy to manufacture.
