Provided is a UHF-band RFID tag that has superior communication characteristic stability. This UHF-band RFID tag comprises: a resin block that has a first surface that is for attachment to a metal surface, and a second surface that is opposite the first surface; a substrate that is provided on the second-surface side of the resin block; an RFIC element that is mounted on the substrate; and a loop electrode that is connected to the RFIC element. The loop electrode comprises: a pair of metal bodies that are provided on the resin block and extend in a direction that intersects the first surface and the second surface; a flat-plate electrode that is provided on the first-surface side of the resin block and connects one end part of a first metal body and one end part of a second metal body; and a conductive pattern that is provided on the second-surface side of the resin block and connects the RFIC element and the one end parts of the metal bodies.
