A method for improving the security of unmanned aerial vehicle transportation, comprising: a server delivering encryption information for security authentication to a terminal and/or an unmanned aerial vehicle; and the terminal and the unmanned aerial vehicle performing security authentication according to the encryption information, and executing an unmanned aerial vehicle transportation task only after the security authentication is passed. Encryption information is used for security authentication, thereby reducing the risk of security authentication information being intercepted, also reducing the possibility of a terminal being masqueraded, or of mistaken collection and mistaken delivery, and improving the security of unmanned aerial vehicle transportation. Also provided are an unmanned aerial vehicle, a terminal, a server and a computer program product.
