A proportionally-regulated three-way change-over valve, relating to the technical field of valves, comprises a valve body (19). The valve body (19) is provided with one inlet (13) and two outlets (14, 17). A valve rod (12) is also disposed on the valve body (19). One end of the valve rod (12) extends into an inner cavity of the valve body (19), and the upper end of the valve rod (12) extending into the inner cavity of the valve body (19) is provided with two spools (9, 2), which are an upper spool (9) and a lower spool (2). Two valve seats (15, 16) are respectively disposed on the two outlets. The valve rod (12), the valve seats (15, 16), and the spools (9, 2) are coaxially located on a same axial line. The upper spool (9) and the lower spool (2) are disposed opposite to each other, and are located between the two valve seats (15, 16). The lower end of the valve rod (12) extending out of the valve body (19) is provided with a control mechanism (18). The valve rod (12) comprises a rod body (11) and a casing pipe (3). The casing pipe (3) is sleeved on the upper end of the valve rod (12), and the casing pipe (3) and the valve rod (12) can mutually rotate. The upper spool (9) is fixedly connected to the casing pipe (3), and the lower spool (2) is threadedly connected outside the casing pipe (3). A locking nut (1) is also disposed on the casing pipe (3), and is screwed to be in press contact with the lower side of the lower spool (2). The change-over valve can allocate flows to the different outlets, has the effect of proportional regulation, and can be used on multiple kinds of oil, water and steam transport systems.
