The smart pen (1) comprises a smart pen microprocessor (12), a first infrared emitter (13) and a roll wheel encoder (11), the first infrared emitter (13) and the roll wheel encoder (11) being connected to the smart pen microprocessor (12). The roll wheel encoder (11) is used for generating a corresponding code value according to a user operation, the smart pen microprocessor (12) is used for encoding the code value and sending to the first infrared emitter (13), and the first infrared emitter (13) is used for sending an infrared signal carrying the encoded code value to the interaction device. The roll wheel encoder (11) can generate a variety of control commands, and the smart pen (1) sends the variety of control commands to a display device (2) by means of infrared communication, so that the display device (2) accurately executes the variety of control commands sent by the smart pen (1). The present invention reduces external signal interference, and improves the user experience.
