A degraded portion estimation apparatus (6) is provided with: a short-time Fourier transformation unit (31) for acquiring mic signals (DS1, DS2, DS3) respectively corresponding to a plurality of microphones (131-133) provided to an inspection object device and calculating a time series of short-time Fourier transform coefficients respectively corresponding to the mic signals (DS1, DS2, DS3); a time series array generation unit (32) for generating a time series array for input to a neural network using the time series of short-time Fourier transform coefficients; a neural network unit (35) constituted by a neural network, for receiving inputting of a time series array and outputting a degradation degree corresponding to an inspection object portion of the inspection object device; and a determination unit (36) for determining a degraded portion in the inspection object device using the degradation degree.
