The present invention relates to the field of horticulture, specifically to devices for feeding trees or shrubs and protecting same against adverse climatic conditions, and can be used for industrial and amateur horticulture in orchards, household gardens, landscaped areas and other similar sites. According to the invention, a device for feeding trees or shrubs and protecting same against adverse climatic conditions consists of sections in which plant waste and organic and mineral fertilizers are placed and each of which has a housing comprising lateral walls and a cover, wherein the cover has openings for the passage of moisture, wherein the sections are shaped such that the device can be arranged in an encircling manner around a tree trunk or shrub stem. The technical result which can be achieved consists in increasing the efficiency of feeding trees or shrubs and in reducing the influence of adverse climatic conditions.
