The second side surface (S2) of the first plug disc (1) is coated with a first flexible blocking layer (3), the area of the first flexible blocking layer (3) is greater than that of the first plug disc (1), and the periphery of the first flexible blocking layer (3) extends out of the edge of the first plug disc (1). The basis cranii repairing device for a minimally invasive surgery of transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma can effectively repair the skull defect after repairing operation by means of the first plug disc (1) and the first flexible blocking layer (3), cerebrospinal fluid leakage is prevented, and the infection rate is reduced.
