An intelligent mask and a method for adjusting an inspiration supply amount of the intelligent mask. The intelligent mask (10) comprises: a mask body (100), an expiration unit (200) for expiring air, an inspiration unit (400) and a control unit (300), wherein the inspiration unit (400) is connected to the mask body (100) via an air duct, and the inspiration unit (400) is used for transmitting filtered air to the mask body (100) via the air duct; and the control unit (300) is electrically connected to the expiration unit (200) and the inspiration unit (400) respectively, and the control unit (300) is used for acquiring a physiological parameter of a mask wearer by means of the expiration unit (200), and adjusting an inspiration air amount of the inspiration unit (400) according to the physiological parameter.
