A waterless dyeing device and method for bobbin yarn, and a product. The waterless dyeing device for bobbin yarn comprises a dye cauldron (1), a dyeing cauldron (2), a recovery cauldron (6), and a dyeing circulation system connecting the dye cauldron (1), the dyeing cauldron (2), and the recovery cauldron (6). The top of the dyeing cauldron (2) is a bobbin yarn inlet. The bobbin yarn inlet is provided with a sealing cover (7). A bobbin yarn central shaft (10) is vertically provided in the middle of the dyeing cauldron (2). The tube wall of the bobbin yarn central shaft (10) is provided with an outlet tube of a fluid release hole. A gas inlet tube (13) is provided on the bottom of the dyeing cauldron (2), and is communicated with the outlet tube. The dyeing cauldron (2) is provided with a dyeing cauldron outlet (9). The dyeing circulation system comprises a CO₂ gas storage tank (4), a pressurizing pump, a circulating pump (3), and a pipeline. Dyes are placed in the dye cauldron (1), the bobbin yarn is placed in the dyeing cauldron (2), CO₂ is introduced into the dye cauldron (1), and the dyes are gradually resolved, and reach the dyeing cauldron (2) along with a CO₂ fluid to start the coloring and diffusion processes. The method has high production efficiency, a good even dyeing effect, and high safety, and is suitable for waterless dyeing of polyester bobbin yarn.
