The invention relates to a bra with removable cooling bags incorporated into the cups thereof in compartments or pockets designed for such purpose, wherein the bra is made from an antimicrobial textile material and microcapsules with a special fit for women with breast cancer undergoing radiotherapy. The cups of the bra contain pockets in a textile material with perforations or a mesh that allows each of the cooling bags to be in contact with the skin. The pockets have a natural, synthetic or mixed composition and have any geometric shape that covers the area of protection or use. The removable cooling bags inside the cup are of a natural, synthetic or mixed composition, take various shapes that allow fitting into the pocket of the cup and are produced as partial or full bags.
