The present invention relates to a pile guide structure for ground excavation and a pile installation construction method using the same and, more specifically, to a pile guide structure for ground excavation and a pile installation construction method using the same, the pile guide structure comprising: a pair of body modules formed from individual piece-units and arranged so as to face each other; and one or more guide units formed from individual piece-units, and fastened so as to respectively face each other on the facing surfaces of the pair of body modules, thereby guiding pile insertion. Therefore, onsite application is improved by variably operating a guide structure manufactured in advance, even if piles have different diameters, and a loading space for cap concrete can be formed by using body modules during cap concrete construction, such that constructability is excellent without a separate mold construction.
