A nano ATO transparent thermal-insulation and energy-saving glass coating manufacturing process, comprising the following steps: raw material preparation: water dissolving treatment, mixing treatment, particle treatment, and drying treatment; dissolving ATO powder into water and then adding the mixture into a water-dilutable resin. Complex grinding and scattering processes are eliminated, and there is no need to add auxiliaries such as a dispersing agent, a grinding auxiliary agent, and an anti-settling agent. ATO is dispersed in the water-dilutable resin in an atom form and is orderly arranged; nanoparticles are in a spherical monodisperse state, free of agglomeration, high in similarity, and narrow in particle size distribution, and the nanoparticles are manufactured into a mesoporous state by using nanoscale silicon dioxide as a template in production to achieve performance of outdoor cold radiation shielding in winter. After a coating is dried, the nanoparticles are arranged in a photonic crystal form; thus, the coating has a high reflection rate to infrared ray; by using the coating, indoor temperature may be lower than outdoor temperature in summer, and more thermal insulation can be achieved in winter.
